LIFE {update}

So I have been incredibly MIA lately, but so much has been going on that I have just not had time to keep up with everything and hobbies. But here is a quick update!

UPDATES on the WEDDING!

With the Wedding: We are about 7 and a half months away and things are slowly coming along. 

1. Venue- The Sand Dunes Club

2. Caterer - Booked, food tasting next Tuesday to pick the menu.

3. Photographer- Booked, Engagement pictures next week, lets hope for nice weather!

4. WEDDING DRESS!!! Bought and loved.

5. Bridesmaids Dresses! Chosen and beautiful. 

6. Tuxes! Chosen they're very sharp and stylish!

7. DJ- Booked! 

8. Hair Stylist- chosen, booked!

9. Cake- chosen the flavor after the tasting, ordered! It's so good! 

Wedding To Do:

1. Save the dates (waiting on engagement pictures).

2. Invitations- to do in a few months. 

3. Programs  - order and assemble.

4. Book a floor of hotels for guests.

5. Choose linens... this has been a difficult task, ugh. 

6. Decide on flowers. 

7. Order chairs for the ceremony. 

8. Book ceremony music. 

9. Rent a photo booth. 

So at least we are eh half way there? We have all the "big" stuff decided and booked so now it is all the minor details and personal touches left to do! Whoohoo! Getting closer to becoming a MRS!

UPDATES on the HOME! 

-The house is slowly becoming ours with all of our personal touches! 

-The craft room is practically done, it just needs a table and a rug. But the paint color is such a bright and fun aqua color. It looks great! Pictures to come! 

-The Kitchen is done! I'm sure eventually we will replace the counter top, but for now the kitchen is done! 

- The living room needs some framed pictures and it is done, however we just decided today on changing the furniture... so maybe it's not quite done yet!

- Guest bathroom is painted and done, so bright and pretty. 

House To Do:

-Coming up I am painting the master bedroom.

- Refurnish our dining room table- complete make over.

- Make window valences.

- Paint the master bathroom a light mint color! Ohh la la! 

- Finish priming the guest bedroom. 

- Paint the bathroom cabinets white. 

- Paint stripes on the breakfast area wall. 

- Make a headboard out of old shutters!

So basically the downstairs is done, and now it's the upstairs I need to focus on! I'm sure in the next month it will be completely done, I am on a mission!
